- Load Shedding Policy: In the event of power grid failures or technical breakdowns, the 24-hour clock pauses and resumes once utility services are restored.
- Print-Ready Files: We print exactly what is uploaded. Please ensure your documents are correctly formatted before ordering.
- File Handling: Your first 10 PDF files are processed free. Additional files or manual setups incur a professional handling fee.
- Bulk Specialist: Orders exceeding 20,000 pages are prioritised for quality and may fall outside the standard 24-hour window.
- Order Accuracy: We print the specific quantity ordered. Any page count changes will be billed prior to production.
